When I started my CPA practice in 1994, I found that my client's needed payroll services. After much frustration with regard to finding help for my clients, we started offering payroll processing services.

Intitially, we limited our services exclusively to our clients, however several years ago we begain offering our services to businesses who were not clients of our CPA firm.
